Our booking system involves two steps, a detailed registration form which will help staff at the Space Suppliers Summit develop a personalised agenda to suit your business objectives. Additionally, registering on the Swapcard mobile application will allow you to access your meetings agenda, get live updates about the event and be notified of any changes to the programme.
Your meetings will take place either at your own booth or table, or at the booth/table of your counterpart for the meeting. This information will be indicated on your meetings agenda, as well as on the floor plan you will receive upon arriving at the event. Similarly, we will have a space dedicated to WebEx meetings for those who cannot make it in-person.
Space Suppliers Summit Conference
The auditorium will be hosting a series of panel discussions and presentations delivered by industry experts gathered from all over the world. Expect lively Q&A sessions to follow each section of content. The conferences are an opportunity to listen in to the discussions happening at the forefront of the space industry with speakers from key institutions such as the European Space Agency, UK Space Agency, Lockheed Martin and Airbus. If there are particular topics of interest, our team can assist to arrange a one-to-one meeting to follow up with the speaker.

Throughout the venue will be a series of booths occupied by key players in the space industry. These are useful as meeting rooms for B2B sessions, but they also serve as a way for you to consider prospective clients and suppliers. A detailed floor plan is available at the registration desk and one of our staff will be more than willing to direct you.
Prepare Your Pitch
Since space industry events are a great opportunity to meet new people, it’s important to have a concise and compelling introduction ready. Practice your 30-second pitch that clearly articulates who you are, what you do, and your role in the space industry. Once that is out of the way the discussions can begin in earnest.
Following Up Post-Event
After the event, send follow-up emails and messages to people you met to thank them for their time and continue your conversation. Connect with them on LinkedIn and Twitter to stay up to date on industry news, and consider building a long-term relationship that can benefit your career or business.
