Dr Mick O’Connor, Co-founder & Managing Director

Mick is cofounder and Managing Director of Fire Arrow, an innovative consortium of subject matter experts who enable commercial companies and governments to realise their spaceflight ambitions. He is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director and has forty years’ experience in space, aerospace, defence, aviation, shipbuilding, oil, petrochemical, construction and consulting. He is founder of HAELO and is currently developing RegTech threat detection and compliance software.

He is Programme Director for Prestwick Spaceport, IoD lead Chartered Director Ambassador for Scotland and Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at Glasgow Caledonian University.
